1. Case-by-case review
Every project is assessed according to the material identity and condition, source, quantity, location, destination, intended activity and the regulatory requirements that apply at that time.
2. Broad inquiry scope
Businesses may submit an inquiry from any country or region and for any material condition. Submission means the project can be evaluated; it does not create automatic acceptance or a purchase commitment.
3. Applicable requirements
Import, testing, remanufacturing, processing, transport and data-handling activities must follow the requirements that apply to the actual material and recovery route.
4. Data-bearing devices
For SSDs and other data-bearing devices, data erasure, physical handling, segregation, destruction or other disposition is defined by the written project agreement. No single treatment method is promised for every project.
5. No blanket import or processing promise
MemorySemiTech does not promise that any used component, test reject, failed part, recovered component, scrap or suspected waste can be imported, tested, processed, remanufactured, resold or recycled.
6. Documentation and verification
We may request source, ownership, authority, product, condition, test, logistics or destination information before making or continuing a project assessment.
7. Sanctions, trade and destination checks
A project may require additional review relating to trade controls, sanctions, transport, environmental, data, product or destination rules. Scope depends on the actual project facts.
8. Right to decline
A project may be declined, paused or limited when required information is unavailable or when the proposed route does not meet technical, commercial or compliance conditions.
9. Certificate scope
Huirong certificate scans are presented with the named holder, standard, number and validity period. The exact scope printed on each document controls.
