Yuyue is the responsible entity for customer orders under the MemorySemiTech brand. Sample quantities are determined according to the price of the requested product, with shipping included. Contact Yuyue to confirm the sample arrangement for your selected product and delivery destination. Shipping included does not mean the sample goods are free or that customs duties and clearance charges are included. Confirm sample value and destination arrangements before proceeding. Sampling inspections are carried out before shipment and during customer incoming acceptance. Contact Yuyue to confirm the applicable test items, sampling plan and acceptance criteria for your product and order. Yuyue provides three-year after-sales support starting from the customer's acceptance date. For after-sales assistance, contact us through the email or WhatsApp listed on this website. Confirmed defective chips receive replacement or replenishment support. Original-marked used and refurbished, re-marked chips receive the same support with their actual condition disclosed.
6. Intellectual property
MemorySemiTech website content and original design elements may not be copied or used in a misleading way. Third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
7. Availability and changes
We may update website content, suspend an intake route or decline a project. Contract-critical information should be confirmed in current written project documents.
