Model selection & testing
eMMC test planning can include device identification and capacity, read/write behavior, interface and register checks, applicable boot partitions, and stability. The actual scope is confirmed for the model and order; irreversible configuration changes are not assumed.
Specialized HTOL, temperature cycling and P/E endurance work follows the actual model and order test plan. Required temperature grades and qualifications must be confirmed for the selected part.
From evaluation to aftersales
The eMMC defective-chip rate is below 5 in 1,000 chips (below 0.5%) during the customer’s goods-receipt inspection. This describes defective chips at arrival, not bit errors or remaining flash endurance.

Confirmed defective chips receive replacement or replenishment support. Original-marked used and refurbished, re-marked chips receive the same support with their actual condition disclosed.
