1. Eligible submitters
We review materials only when the submitting party owns them or has valid legal authority from the owner to offer them for sale or evaluation. Company materials normally require appropriate company authorization.
2. Materials we will not accept
Do not submit stolen, misappropriated, customer-owned, consigned, seized, pledged, encumbered or otherwise restricted materials. We also do not accept inventory where the supplier is required to destroy it or is prohibited from resale or transfer.
3. Information and documents
We may request purchase, inventory, ownership, authorization, chain-of-custody, test-history, storage or disposal records that reasonably support the project review.
4. Unknown or mixed provenance
If the source, authority or condition is unknown, disclose that clearly. Do not estimate or conceal missing information. Suspected waste or scrap must be identified separately.
5. No purchase commitment
Submitting information or files does not create an offer, acceptance, purchase commitment or confirmation that the material may be imported, processed, recovered or resold.
6. Review and refusal rights
Additional information may be requested, and a lot may be paused or declined when ownership, authority, condition, destination or compliance risk cannot be satisfactorily established.
