Define acceptance.
Separate test-planning areas for used memory ICs and refurbished memory modules. The actual program follows the product, its specification, intended platform and agreed order scope.
Ordered chips only
Customer arrival-quality commitments.
These existing chip-level rates do not define acceptance for complete modules.

< 0.5%SPI NOR & SPI NAND · fewer than 5 per 1,000Explore SPI FlashThese commitments refer only to customer arrival inspection of ordered chips, not module acceptance standards, bit error rates, measured historical statistics or lifetime failure rates. The sampling plan and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the ordered part.
Two inspection stages
Pre-Shipment Checks and Incoming Acceptance
Sampling inspections are carried out before shipment and during customer incoming acceptance. Contact Yuyue to confirm the applicable test items, sampling plan and acceptance criteria for your product and order.
01 · Before shipment
Agree the product and lot, applicable checks, sampling method, sample size, conditions and decision criteria for the pre-shipment inspection. Confirm which actual records can be supplied for the order.
02 · Customer incoming acceptance
Agree the customer's incoming checks, sampling method, sample size, acceptance criteria and handling of exceptions separately. Record the actual customer acceptance date for after-sales support.
The two stages may use different test items, sample sizes and acceptance criteria. Sample results do not establish that every unit was tested or that an entire lot is defect-free. Sampling does not restrict after-sales support to the inspected units.
Product-specific framework
What the test plan covers.
Device families have different functions. Define the applicable checks, conditions and pass/fail criteria for the ordered model.
DRAM · DDR2–DDR5
- Identity & package
- Part identification, package condition and electrical connection requirements.
- Capacity & data integrity
- Addressable capacity, address verification, data-pattern read/write consistency and logic functions.
- Speed & interface
- The required speed grade, timing and interface checks for the specific part.
- Refresh & stability
- Refresh, data-retention and stability screening under the specified test conditions. DDR2 requires its own test program; DDR3–DDR5 speed values are not transferred to DDR2.
eMMC
- Identification & capacity
- Device identity, advertised capacity and relevant configuration information.
- Read/write verification
- Read/write consistency in the accessible user area, with performance checks matched to the intended use.
- Interface & features
- Supported interface mode, timing, configuration registers and applicable boot-partition functions.
- Stability requirements
- Data integrity and stability under the agreed conditions. Security partitions, locks and irreversible configuration changes are not treated as universal routine tests.
SPI NOR
- Model-specific program
- Define the NOR test scope from the exact part number, device specification and application.
- Identity & serial interface
- Confirm identification, capacity and the required serial-interface operation.
- Read / program / erase
- Agree the data-verification, programming, erase and protection checks for the ordered part. NAND bad-block tests and eMMC partition tests are not used as NOR requirements.
SPI NAND
- Identity & capacity
- Check device identification, capacity and the applicable serial-interface requirements.
- Data & block handling
- Read/program/erase consistency and applicable bad-block or block-management checks.
- Stability & configuration
- Agree the configuration, error-management and stability checks supported by the specific device.
This is a testing framework, not a report for a particular shipment. Specific voltage, temperature, speed and duration values follow the applicable part specification and agreed program. It does not imply automotive qualification, an unconditional remaining-life guarantee or wafer-level testing of every used packaged chip.

Technical background
From requirement to a clear result.
Confirm the component and required condition, define the testing scope, review the results and confirm the delivery specification before an order.
Ask which batch-specific test records can be provided for your requirement. Sample evaluation connects chip-level screening with your intended platform.
Before you order
Quality & sample questions.
What do the published defect-rate commitments measure?
They refer to customer arrival inspection of ordered chips: DRAM up to 0.1% (1 per 1,000), eMMC and SPI NOR / SPI NAND below 0.5% (fewer than 5 per 1,000). They are not bit error rates, measured historical statistics or lifetime failure rates. The inspection method and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the ordered part.
Do original-marked and refurbished chips have different after-sales policies?
Yuyue provides three-year after-sales support starting from the customer's acceptance date. For after-sales assistance, contact us through the email or WhatsApp listed on this website. Confirmed defective chips receive replacement or replenishment support. Original-marked used and refurbished, re-marked chips receive the same support with their actual condition disclosed.
Are all tests in the same program for every chip?
No. Routine functional and performance screening and any additional stress or reliability work are defined for the device and order. Temperature cycles, extended high-temperature tests and flash endurance studies are separate scopes, not claims that every sold chip has undergone an exhaustive life test.
Can I test samples before a bulk order?
Sample quantities are determined according to the price of the requested product, with shipping included. Contact Yuyue to confirm the sample arrangement for your selected product and delivery destination. Shipping included does not mean the sample goods are free or that customs duties and clearance charges are included. Confirm sample value and destination arrangements before proceeding.
Does a chip test guarantee compatibility with my complete system?
Chip-level results and system-level compatibility are different. Use the sample in your intended platform, then confirm the order requirements and applicable test scope.
Are the pre-shipment and incoming inspections the same?
Sampling inspections are carried out before shipment and during customer incoming acceptance. Contact Yuyue to confirm the applicable test items, sampling plan and acceptance criteria for your product and order. The two stages may use different test items, sample sizes and acceptance criteria. Sample results do not establish that every unit was tested or that an entire lot is defect-free. Sampling does not restrict after-sales support to the inspected units.
Do the published chip defect rates apply to refurbished modules?
No. The DRAM, eMMC and SPI figures are defective-chip commitments, not module acceptance standards. Agree module-level testing, target-platform verification and acceptance criteria for the selected module and order.
Selling inventory instead?
Recovery qualification remains project-specific and separate from the sales quality commitments above.

Independent module-level testing.
Confirm these test-planning areas for the selected module and target platform. A chip test does not establish the compatibility of an assembled module with every system.
Identification & initialization
Confirm module identity, initialization and relevant configuration information for the selected model.
Capacity & read/write stability
Agree capacity verification, read/write consistency and stability checks under the specified conditions.
Platform compatibility & performance
Define the target platform and applicable performance checks. Compatibility results apply to the tested configuration.
Applicable additional checks
ECC, aging or other additional checks are included only where applicable and agreed for the module and order.
Applicable checks, conditions, sampling and pass/fail criteria are agreed for the actual order. This page is not a batch report and does not claim that every possible test is carried out.
